Keynote lecture

We are pleased to announce the title of our keynote lecture. Professor Lisa Jardine will present a paper entitled Buttocks and Burgomeisters: Things You Find in the Archives.

The lecture will take place at 6.00-7.30pm in the Gustave Tuck lecture theatre in the Wilkins Building at UCL (directions can be found here: It will be followed by the launch of Annotated Books Online by Professor Bill Sherman. ABO is a collaborative project involving CELL and the Universities of Amsterdam, Ghent, Princeton, and Utrecht. The launch is sponsored by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research.

The lecture will be followed by a reception from 7.30-9.00pm in the South Cloisters in the Wilkins Building.
